International data transfers

The sub processors above are primarily based in the United States. Where Customer Personal Data of EEA, UK, or Swiss data subjects is transferred to these sub processors, such transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Module 3 controller to processor or Module 4 processor to processor, as applicable) and, where required, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. Supplementary safeguards including encryption in transit and at rest, contractual restrictions on use of Customer Data for training of general purpose AI models, and the security measures described in the DPA Annex 2 are in place.
